The happy faces emerge between the blossoms, are partially overlapped by them, and are cropped at the edges of the image. Their clear contours and friendly features remain easily recognizable within the dynamic surface. The floral shapes weave through the gaps and wrap around the faces, creating an immediate connection between the two visual worlds.

Acrylic paint and gel medium give the flowers their distinct, creamy texture. Rounded paint applications, fine grooves, and raised edges make the individual forms both visible and tangible. Within the happy faces, delicate traces of the brushwork remain, complementing the sculptural floral landscape with a finer surface texture.

Vibrant mandarin orange gives the composition its juicy color.
