Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a person appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us at:

by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail, of your decision to cancel this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs, for example individually commissioned artworks.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not offered, as most of my works are unique pieces. Of course, you may exercise your statutory right of cancellation within 14 days.

Legal Notice for Customers in the European Union

For orders shipped within the European Union, the statutory fourteen-day right of cancellation applies. The conditions and consequences of cancellation are described in the cancellation policy above.
