Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of the order.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or via the button in the footer, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the customer is essential, or that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs, for example individually created commissioned artworks.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not offered, as my works are predominantly one-of-a-kind pieces. Of course, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.

Legal Notice for Customers in the European Union

For orders shipped within the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days applies.

In the event of any discrepancies between this translation and the original German version, the German version shall prevail, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
